For more than 140 years, DEUTZ engines have been providing innovative solutions and meeting increasing power demands while confirming to government regulations for environmentally friendly engines.


All engines must gradually reach the emission limits of EPA Tier 4 interim by 2013. This must be achieved by the end of 2014 in the 56–129 kW (75–173 hp) performance class. After that the strict regulations of EPA Tier 4 will apply for all engines.
